A rich black powder has been incorporated for women of color, for enhancing the eyes with a smoky effect and as an eyeliner when applied wet. Makeup Artists will appreciate the versatile uses, along with the long lasting results this palette has to offer. Brow Tone powders can be used wet or dry when shaping and defining the perfect brow, we recommend trying both methods. When applied wet the control of application is more precise, with dry it will be less defined. Gently (not firmly) pat both sides of a flat brush into the powder or swirl a fine brush, you will only need a small amount. The case has a shiny black finish and a full length 4" mirrored locking lid, measures 4.5" long 2" wide. Each pot measures 1"x1".
