1) How can I purchase if I don't have credit card?
You can purchase by using PayPal. However, if you do not have PayPal, please e-mail us at customerservice@tameraonline.com specifying the item(s) you wish to purchase and we will place the order for you. We will accept bank wire transfers or bank deposits. Here are the account details where you can deposit payments to:

Yes. It doesn't matter how many items you wish to purchase. But it would be a good idea to incude some form of insurance with your purchase. For inquiries regarding bulk order discounts, please e-mail customerservice@tameraonline.com.
4) Can I become a retail dealer of your products? How?
Yes. Please e-mail us at retail@tameraonline.com to present your proposal or have your questions addressed.
5) Can I have larger discounts if I buy in bulk?
Yes. The discount rate will vary depending on the volume. The more you purchase, the more discounts you will receive. Please e-mail us at customerservice@tameraonline.com so our staff can address your more specific questions.
6) Can you send my item to a person as a gift and put my name on it?
Yes. We can gift wrap your purchases and send them directly to the recepient. For Gift-Wrapping: Simply add the "gift wrap" item to your shopping cart. (The gift wrap item is under the Gifts category. SKU: GW01). Don't forget to check the "This will be shipped to a different address" option and type the recepient's name and address on the "Shipping Information" Page.
Yes. We will accept returns within 3 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and unused. We will refund you the cost of the item after we receive it.
8) How Can I purchase from TameraOnline?
To purchase from Tamera Online:
-Add the items you wish to buy in the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.
-Once you are in your shopping cart click the "Checkout" button.
-Fill up the information.
-Select the Payment method you wish to use.
-Select Paypal if you wish to pay by Paypal. This option is the
fastest and most convenient. (recommended)
-Also select the Paypal option if you wish to pay via credit card.
You will be redirected to the Paypal website.
-Select the check/money order option if you wish to pay by check, money order, or direct bank transfer to Tamera Online's bank account.
-On the confirm info page select the shipping method you would like to use (standard, two day, or next day, or pick up your order). Shipping within the Philippines is free for two or more items.
If you chose the Paypal Option:
-Click Pay now. You will be redirected to the Paypal website.
-Log in to Paypal if you already have a Paypal account.
-If you don't have a Paypal accout, click the silver/gray "CONTINUE" button on the left side (you will see the logo for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express on top of the "continue" button. Fill up the information and create a Paypal password (please remember this password as you will use this again when you use paypal on any online purchase you make).
-Congratulations! You have not only paid for the item but also created a Paypal account for yourself *Please note that the name and billing address of your credit card must match the name and address you enter in the Paypal website.
If you chose Check/Money order:
-After selecting check/money order, TameraOnline will wait for your check to arrive by courier or mail. However it may be faster and more convenient to deposit this check into TameraOnline's Bank of the Philippine Islands bank account as we will be able to view this the moment it clears. The peso amount you see in your screen at the moment of your checkout is the amount you should write in your check. Please refer to FAQ #1 to view our bank details.
-For money orders, this might be faster than a personal check since it is similar to a certified check. There's a new service by BPI:

If you use this service, it might be similar to a "pre-paid credit card" so you can go ahead and follow the steps for purchasing via credit card.

11) What are your shipping schedules and when do i get my products?
We ship everyday except on Sundays. Orders placed on Mondays through Fridays will ship the next day. You will receive your order in 1-3 days.
