Thank you for choosing Tamera Online as your beauty partner! Just a few reminders:
1) If you are unhappy with the product you received, we will accept returns within 3 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and unused. We will refund you the cost of the item after we receive it.
2) For returns we do not credit the shipping costs.
3) We only use courier service such as DHL, FedEx, etc. to ensure product delivery and safety. Damage may arise from careless handling of the products though we have not yet encountered this kind of complaint as courier services tend to handle packages well. For those with large orders, please e-mail customerservice@tameraonline.com if you would like to ask for insurance.
